Durex has recalled a batch of Real Feel condoms in Singapore over durability concerns. The condom manufacturer claimed that the batches failed to pass shelf-life durability tests. The recall was initiated on 1 August 2018 and involves three batches of the Real Feel condoms with the batch numbers 1000433144, 1000438055 and 1000422259.The batch numbers can be found on the bottom of the packaging or on the foil of the individual condoms.
Durex claims that there is no immediate safety concern for consumers and only the three batches listed are affected. For anybody who have bought condoms belonging to the three batches, they can mail in the affected condoms to Durex Real Feel,1 Sophia Road #04-14 Peace Centre, Singapore 228149 and include their full name, phone number, bank and bank account number. Customers will then receive a refund in 14 days.
