Back on 16 Mar 2019, Tan Cheng Bock's Progress Singapore Party was 'Approved-In-Principle'.
On 1 Apr 2019, Tan Cheng Bock made a new Facebook post on his page announcing that Progress Singapore Party has now been formally registered. The last thing for them to do before launching the party is to submit a party symbol for formal approval. This step is only possible after being formally registered.
Dr Tan Cheng Bock says that he will let his supporters know when the symbol goes through, so that they can all celebrate together.
Will you be celebrating together with him? Congratulations to Dr Tan Cheng Bock and his party. We hope that his new party will bring progress to Singapore. For country, for people.
Progress Singapore Party is registered
For country, For people
I am pleased to share that our party "Progress Singapore Party" has been formally registered but we still have to submit our party symbol for formal approval. This submission is only possible after formal registration. This will be the last step before we launch the party. I will let you know when the time comes so that you can celebrate with us.
It has been a long journey for us and I thank all in my team who have worked so hard to make it possible.
Over the last few day, I had breakfast at Clementi Shopping Center, Clementi Mall and 7th Mile @ Bukit Timah. When we eat, fellow Singaporeans will often stop by our table to encourage us to keep working for Singapore. It is little acts like these that spur us to keep pressing on for the good of our country and our people.
