An aquarium, glassbox, went on to Facebook after someone poisoned a tank of their high-value fishes. The aquarium claims to have lost between $400-$500.
The man was caught on CCTV, throwing an unknown white powder into the fish tank before walking off. The man was seen loitering around the shop before the deed and left within 20 seconds of doing it. The powder became a white cloudy substance after contact with the water and also emitted a strong smell.
Here's a picture of the aftermath:
The aquarium has been appealing for any information regarding the saboteur.
The owner was tending to another customer and did not know of this until a customer raised it up to him. Police reports have been made.
What was the point of killing off the aquarium's fishes? Was the man from a competing aquarium?
