A man staying on the ground floor at Warren condominium had the displeasure of having flower pots dropping from neighbours who stay above him. This was the second time that something like this has happened to him. Is this just bad luck? Whatever it is, I hope the pots stop dropping and turning into killer litter.
"Hi.. I am a resident of the Warren condominium.. I live at the ground floor. A flower pot has landed on to my patio yesterday and this is the 2nd time.. I have reported to the management the first time.. But nothing much has been done.. Yesterday was the 2nd time.. I have no choice but to report police.. I would like to create some awareness to the public.. So some action can be taken.. I have some pictures too..
