For those who are unfamiliar with this, Leong Sze Hian is a Blogger who was recently sued by PM Lee for Defamation just because he shared a Facebook post who was removed soon after. You can read more on that here
Well, he has decided not to take it lying down. Leong Sze Hian is now suing PM Lee for abusing the process of the court. He has also employed Lim Tean of Carson Law Chambers, who is also the founder of People's Voice Party, to be his legal counsel. In his Facebook post, Leong Sze Hian claims that even though it might be his name on the case file, "this action is bigger than my name, bigger than just the one ordinary Singaporean that I am. It is for every Singaporean today who has ever shared a post on Facebook, for every child who will share a post on Facebook and for the unborn generations to come."
Finally someone is doing something to stand up to PAP. Will you support his cause?
