On an Instagram video posted on Instagram profile dropneasg, a Food Panda delivery man (FPDM) was being told off by an uncle (unseen in the video). The uncle repeatedly told him the law of not smoking under sheltered walkways or void decks and that he should smoke else where or else he can be charged. FPDM however said he didn't want to and that he will finish up his cigg. He also claims that the uncle can't do anything to him as he's not a NEA officer.
Uncle sounded agitated and asked for his ic to report him to NEA. However FPDM refused to give it to him as the uncle has no right to take his ic by law. The video ended abruptly after the uncle asked FPDM to not move while he calls NEA.
Who do you think is in the wrong here? Was the uncle being a busybody or was FPDM in the wrong for smoking at a void deck? What are your thoughts?
