This is a typical Singaporean bird. It is a poor and hungry bird that cannot satisfy its basic needs, much like us typical Singaporeans.
Btw, the woman who recorded the video tried to warn the shop assistant about the bird but was strangely ignored. Seems like she does not care about hygiene standards at all?
