In a video that has gone viral online, a HDB owner showed how his irresponsible contractors mixed cement with newspapers to build his unit. 

The recording clearly showed pieces of newspapers stuffed in between other hard materials like wood and cement. According to some eagle-eyed netizens, it looks like a flat in Tampines. 

How can the contractors be so despicable? Are they trying to cheat people's money by using rubbish materials? What are the authorities doing? They better stop these errant contractors from ruining our homes!
