A Grab driver has received wide praises online, after his not so gentle reminder on his private hire car went viral. In the not so gentle warning, the driver reminded his passengers that they should never ask their drivers to drive faster.
In the reminder, he further expanded that of the passengers woke up late for work, and thus have the need to take a PHV, then it is their fault for being late in the first place, not the drivers. The driver also said that they will drive according to the speed limit of the roads, and not any faster. In fact, the driver continues, they might even slow down, just to piss off the passengers who were pissing them off. He ended with a gentle reminder to his passengers, to please wake up early.
This particular post and photo of the not so gentle reminder received widespread support from Singaporeans from all walks of life.
