Leong Sze Hian Sues PM Lee for Abusing the Process of the Court
PM Lee has chose not to reply to the allegations of abuse of process of the court which had been leveled against him in the Defence. He has filed an application to strike out Leong Sze Hian’s Counterclaim. Leong Sze Hian in turn will also be filing an application to strike out Lee Hsein Loong’s claim on the basis of abuse of process.
Many are wondering why PM Lee isn't replying to the defence by Leong Sze Hian. Also, why is the state media not reporting on this?
