Mparader Goh Chok Tong spoke at Chiam See Tong Sports Fund gala dinner and talked about the 2034 world cup qualifying goal made by Football Association of Singapore (FAS) vice-president Edwin Tong. Lau Goh called the goal a foolish one. He said to the audience:

My colleague Edwin Tong is foolish enough to set a goal for Singapore to qualify for the World Cup 2034. But that's the spirit, you must have something in mind and even if you don't qualify, the standard will be raised. Good luck to you, Edwin.

This same man was behind the Goal 2010. When he was prime minister, Lau Goh aimed for us to get qualified for the world cup in 2010. At the end of the speech, he mentioned that he feels that we will not be able to attain that goal, however, he will still support team Singapore to qualify for it. How magnanimous of him. Ownself fail already still laugh at people.

Do you keep your receipts when you make any bank transactions? Well you should. According to this man Toshi, he has already paid the $4909.03 in full. However, American Express still sent a 3rd party creditor to collect the "debt".

Luckily for Toshi, he managed to avoid paying it again as he kept the receipts from 11 years ago! Many of us would have already threw away the receipts. I guess it's a good thing to be a hoarder sometimes.

However, Toshi mentioned that American Express simply said sorry and moved on. Well, at least the issue got cleared up.

A local Instagram account which has since been removed went viral last night. The account posted selfies of himself with various female intimates and clothing. Captions of the posts described where the articles of clothing were from + what he did with them (includes panty sniffing and jerking off into them).

Location tags from the post shows Yew Tee and Tampines. If you recognize these articles of clothing, we suggest you throw them away.

As of now, it is not known if this account is a troll or if it is real. However, police reports have been made. We do hope that this account is for trolling purposes only. I mean... who like's the idea of their undergarment being soiled by unknown perpetrators. Ew.

Here are some screenshots from the account:

Police report have been made.

A Singaporean who goes by the name of 'Hendry' is seriously ill in a Hanoi hospital. His situation is deteriorating, and his family is getting desperate.

Hendry apparently worked in Hanoi as a daily-rated worker. He had pre-existing medical conditions. After contracting pneumonia, Hendry eventually developed a stroke. Only a brain angiography saved him from certain death. He, however, became paralysed on the left side of his body.

Due to his grave condition, the consent for the surgery was given by Hendry's son, Harist Sunil. This consent was reportedly conveyed via Whatsapp, to a representative from the Singapore Embassy in Vietnam. Harist did not notify his grandparents of this consent.

The bill amounted to $3,300. Due to their tight financial situation, the family is not able to pay the bill.

According to the family members, they were advised to raise the money and settle the bill at the soonest time possible, so that Hendry can afford to return to Singapore.

They were also advised to make arrangements to fetch Hendry from Hanoi.

The family claimed that they had appealed to the embassy in Vietnam to help settle the bill, and suggested that this can then be claimed from Hendry's own Medisave account. The embassy was allegedly unable to help.

The family would, once again, appeal to the embassy in Vietnam to help a countryman in medical distress. On top of that, the family would also like to appeal for assistance from the public.
