A viral video depicting trays of pork located in a Halal chiller room has been circulating on various social media platforms such as Facebook and Whatsapp. In the video, we can clearly see the sign on the door that says HALAL. The video taker also goes around showing us packeted halal frozen chicken in the chiller room. However, there were also trays of pork left in the open inside the room.

Some netters claimed that it is in NTUC. However, there is no proof in the video which links the chiller room to NTUC. You can watch the full video below:

Everyone will by now know how 'gracious' new SMRT CEO Neo Kian Hong is in giving up his car to ride with in the MRT, to experience what everyone else did. All the Media reported it as such. In fact, he even moved house just to be closer to the ground!

But buried under all these PR stunt is the fact that Neo actually had already given up his car when he was the Defence Ministry permanent secretery, because he was given his own chauffered ride. So, why the need for a car, right? And now, as SMRT CEO, surelyhe does not have to take the train unless for some PR stunt. Confirm he will have been given his own transport to get to places to. After all, do you expect him to take the train when he has to eat luch with Khaw Boon Wan?

And moving house? He is understood to be renting an apartment in Bishan, about 10 mins walk from Bishan MRT. So, no need to take train to work at Bishan, right? And moving house is probably temporary, thisis just a rented apartment. His Ivory Tower is still secured somewhere in an high SES estate in Singapore.

So, all this are for wayang purposes. Never be fooled.

A woman took to Facebook to express her gratitude at a stranger for tending to her after she fell from her motorcycle. In her post, she said she met with an accident at Simei. She thanked the student, who was then on her way to school, for waiting with her until the ambulance arrived.

Although the student was late for school that day, she did the right thing by doing a good deed. Who said Singaporeans are mediocre?

Facebook Mike Ong posted videos of the aftermath of a fight in Geylang. It is unclear what happened before this but it must have been serious as both men were seen lying motionless on the ground. The Police has cordoned off the area.

Do you remember having so many fights in Singapore last time? Is everyone stressed nowadays?

A video of a boy deliberately running into the middle of the road is making its rounds online. The incident allegedly happened at Bukit Batok as the boy was seen doing push ups in the short time gap where there are no oncoming cars.

He was all smiles, so were his friends who laughed while recording his "stunt".

Was this a dare? Is it something to be proud of or laugh at? What if something were to happen to them?

Kids nowadays.

Here's the video again for a better view:

Have you seen such billboards around your neighbourhood? Ever wondered how much they cost? A netizen wrote in to enquire how much the billboards cost in 2010.

"As tall as a bus. Unneccessary waste of taxpayer money.

In 2010, I wrote to this same Ang Mo Kio Town Council to ask how much these billboards cost.

They replied:

$3,300 per billboard.
$50 for electricity to light each board from 7pm to 7am every day for a month.

I don't know how much they cost now."

Do you think the billboards are worth the taxpayers money spent? Do we want to see their faces everytime we go by the billboard? I guess the MIW like to show off their faces to the world. Reminding us that they are in power.
