A PRC woman delayed an entire bus load of passengers on Saturday night, as she had missed her stop, and demanded that the driver of the bus make a U-Turn. She resorted to standing in front of the bus and refusing to budge.

The incident happened near Tai Seng MRT Station on Saturday at about 11:30pm. The woman, who was on board bus no 43, had missed her stop somewhere at Paya Lebar, so she started kicking up a big fuss. According to the other passengers she demanded that the driver make a U-turn. Of course, the driver tried to explain to her that he cannot make a U-turn, and the woman finally alighted at Tai Seng and stood in front of the bus, preventing the driver from moving off. This caused a delay of about 20 minutes for every one else on board.

According to passengers, the woman did not know English, and the driver had a hard time communicating with her. The woman eventually went off the bus, after threatening to report the driver. The bus company have not commented on the incident.

Scoot has once again failed their passengers, as a Scoot flight from Melbourne to Singapore scheduled to depart on Sunday was grounded due to a technical issue. While the airline declined to reveal what the technical issue was, the flight cancellation of the flight affected 295 of its passengers, who were left stranded.

Based on reports, the flight was scheduled to leave at 1:20pm Melbourne time, but once passengers were onboard, a technical glitch was detected, which caused hte plane to be grounded. Some passengers were lucky enough to be transferred to two SIA planes which had seats available, but even this was about five hours later. The remaining passengers who did not get seats on another flight were provided with meals and hotel accommodation, and they were scheduled to return to Singapore on Monday instead.

However, some Soot passengers complained that they were stuck on the runway on the grounded plane for 7 hours, with no information given. No numbers were also provided by Scoot on actually how many passengers actually got transferred to the other flights to Singapore. Yet another major own goal by Scoot.

A video of a few people pushing at each other during the Thaipusam procession was making its rounds on Facebook. Onlookers were busy taking videos while some men tried to restrain them from fighting.

The footage did not reveal the cause of the fight but it looked like it was resolved quickly.

Some netizens said that they were foolish to fight at a religious event. Furthermore, it took the local Indian community a lot of effort to finally get to play music during the procession.

"If u want them to grant your requests, you then need to set a good example. Thaipusam is a religious event, to thank the God for His blessings. Not MMA or street fight."

"I was there too how did the botah guy get trance when he was fully drunk saw him holding beer can earlier before this incident happened I even saw the police take him away. Drunkards don't get trance please don't disgrace God and our culture. There was no fight it's true but the bald head guy was diffinatly super drunk causing a scene."

Many people also requested for the video to be taken down.

Come on, it's a religious event. Isn't it basic for believers AND non-believers to show some respect?
