Two people were thanking their lucky stars when they were involved in an accident On Tuesday. A hearse collided with a car on Mandai Road, which resulted in the two being taken to hospital by ambulance, and not anything more serious than that.

It was understood the driver of the hearse had lost control of his vehicle and skidded into the next lane, hitting a silver car in the process. Pictures circulating online showed pictures of the hearse and a silver car in the aftermath of the accident. Flowers from a smashed photo frame was also seen lying between the two smashed vehicles.

It was not known if the two injured came from the same vehicle. More importantly, it was also not known if the hearse was carrying a non-living passenger in its back carriage.

Our condolences to the family of the deceased officer.

Many news of cat abusers surfaced in 2018. We thought that we could leave this toxic behaviour behind. New year new us right? Nope. Facebook User Rasyiqah Rosli took to Facebook group 'Sayang Our Singapore's Community Cats' after she spotted food bowls meant for the community cats filled with vitamins (for humans) as well as chilli sauce.

Why would anybody do these things? Did a cat kill them in their sleep in their previous life? We will never know. Rasyiqah Rosli also updated that a police report has been made. We hope that the abusers can get caught and for these abusers to stop.

You can check out some of the photos below:

Rasyiqah Rosli said that it was hard to get to the food bowls, which are between old rusty bikes. Feeders always knock their heads against the bike handles just to get to the bowls. However, the abuser still put in the effort to go in there to put the chilli oil and multi vitamins.

Chilli oil and multi vitamins left for the cats.

A man has claimed that the Oreo Thins that are sold at a certain NTUC Fairprice store has gone soft and tastes toxic at the first time of opening the packs. The man also claimed that the Oreo Thins were sold at a discount, and felt that the store was clearing old stocks.

The man indicated that he had wanted to give his young son the Oreo thins, but luckily he ate them first, so the son did not have to suffer potential stomach upset. He urged the NTUC store to remove the batch of Oreo Thins before someone gets food poisoning.

The NTUC branch was named as the one located at Toa Payoh Interchange.

A serious accident took place this morning along Jurong Island Highway. A 67-year-old lorry driver was arrested while 23 people were taken to the hospital.

The lorry driver said that the bus in front of him braked suddenly, causing him to swerve right but still collide into the vehicle.

Some netizens have posted videos of the aftermath that show foreign workers sitting or lying by the roadside. The police are investigating.

Why are there more errant drivers on the road? How many lives have to be affected before these people learn to drive properly?

The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) has announced that Prince, the missing Shetland Sheepdog, died while boarding at Platinum Dogs Club. The sheepdog was reported missing a few weeks ago, prompting a search by many animal enthusiasts. PDC is under investigation for allegedly mishandling the animals there.

In the past month, owners have complained that their pets suffered from malnutrition and infection after being sent to PDC. The slew of complaints finally made the authorities commence investigations into the pet boarding house and its owner.

Prince was said to be cremated by a pet cremation service.

While it is a wonder how a pet boarding house is allowed to run given its poor track record and series of complaints, the AVA urged people to refrain from speculating as investigations are ongoing.

RIP Prince. It was unfortunate that he suffered under those irresponsible people. The least the authorities can do now is to give them their overdue punishment.
